I think that's "I like kids, but am not opposed to killing the inconvenient ones." Now, figuring out how that's even passingly consistent is a different thing entirely...
I have a hard time seeing how pro-choice is pro-family. Is it protecting families from shame? Protecting them from the unmanagible costs of another child? Protecting them from dealing with a child who might have developmental disabilities? All of these are legitimate responses, but I have a hard time dealing with the ethics of any of them. On a national level, ridding ourselves of those who are a burden is the same moral equivalent as the Holocaust...
